Wait, she INTENTIONALLY RAN OVER A BIKER and gets only 5 years?????
I don't call that justice one bit. Vehicular homicide is what I call it.

I agree it isn't "justice", but is there ever a such thing as "justice" when someone looses their life at the hands of another. You have to realize this is the courts system we deal with. Granted she may not have intentionally ran him over. That probably was pure accident when the traffic slowed and he crashed but had she not been chasing him it never would have happened. She pleaded to involuntary manslaughter, I'm sure a much lesser change than what she could have been facing had it went to a jury trial. She very well could have been facing a possible vehicular homicide charge or worse had the lawyers not bargained her the plea.
