Hi,
Just bought a Motul 5100 10w40
I was told in the shop that I don't need to use full synthetic and this oil is just right for the job. The bike only done about 1300k's but it's already it's second service. previous owner didn't even ride the bike and left it sitting outside, so 1st one was done nearly a year ago. I though't it cant hurn changing the oil and filter again.
I also noticed there is a slight tappet noise or so I think it is.
Read up about it and some ppl say it's just a common thing and some not.
I am hoping that the noise will soften or go away after service, unless I need another kind of oil for the job.
Any recommendations?
