I did a search and came up empty so here goes. Trying to figure out what hand tools I need to cover anything I may need to do to my bike. Not planning on going into the intricate stuff but I had to go buy a metric set of allen wrenches(Changed out battery) do to having SAE only in my tool box.

Tools,
It is surprising how much can be done with the tool kit. But there are much better tools to work with. The sizes there are the most common on the bike. If you plan to remove the rear wheel I believe you will need a 27 mm socket. Of course a set of metric combonation box and open end wrenches. The shock pretension tools are in the second bag that came with the bike.
I have only done small jobs myself.

i've been able to get a ton of stuff done with just a $15 set of metric sockets/socket wrench and $7 allen wrench set.

unless you're a stick figure, I suggest a torque wrench.
