I have the Yamaha brand risers from an 05 classic they are the kind with two holes in them, they come with mounting bolts, spacers and washers for the bottom. Four top bolts but you may have to use the ones on your bike now as the ones I will send will be too long, they were to long on mine anyway.
they are polished and used so very slight cleaning marks

I measured them from the flat spot on bottom and the were 5 inches to the top and about 4 1/4 to where the handle bars sit. Then the pull back as mush as i can measure it is 1 1/2 inches
