hi to all. Just purchased a 2006 stratoliner this past friday.
Love the look, like the suspension and power, hate the buffetting, as it almost blows my helmet up off my head at over 65. I noticed there were no front fork wind deflectors as on my nomad. tried to get some, but it doesn;t seem yamaha has them for the strat....

anyone have any insight as to how to control the wind problem?

Have a 2007 Stratoliner S..good looking bike...that's about it...have no wind problems...just the regular..seat is lousy after 2 hr ride...oil change is a joke...putting air in the tires besides checking tire pressure.is really cumbersome..etc...this will be my only yamaha...there are better bikes outthere that are user friendly..and cheaper to maintain...good luck...
