I'm not sure what came over me and i'm not sure i want to know;) A few weeks ago i saw it and just had to have it...and now it is mine. 28 Godzilla movies + 10 of those that have been re-edited/modified/changes for release in the US of A. So that's a total of 38 Godzilla movies starting with the original 1954 'Gojira'.

Is this a sign from a higher power? am i destined for greatness?:D:D

Oh don't get me started on that topic. There isn't enough bandwidth on the forum for my answer. Didn't you get the memo? It has become a kindler, gentler nation.

I am hearing that things are getting very tense back in the states right now because of (un)employment and other political issues. How is it in your neck of the woods? Florida right?

It's very much the same here as any other states with maybe a few states as exceptions and not the norm. Sign of the times. :(

Gents, your about to wake this sleeping dog. It is my opinion that it started MANY years ago when parents thought they were doing right by giving their kids those things they didn't have.

Some parents took this to mean that the kids shouldn't have to work like the parents did, they should have a "better" life which resulted in an easier life. This simple misunderstanding resulted in what we have now.

You can't spank kids because you'll go to jail or have your kids taken, kids can't work because it's too hard, they are entitled to everything because it's available, money is readily available and if it's not then just wait long enough and some government agency will remedy that with food stamps and/or a check.

Now, my mom was a single mom and we did have to go on food stamps once, for a brief period of time. I started working at 12, my older brother was already working. I had 4 different jobs by the age of 17 and then joined the Marine Corps.

I never got everything I wanted, I never got an allowance, hell I was helping pay the rent by the age of 13. My kids know not to expect everything.

The state of this great nation was brought to us by people thinking they were doing the right thing and is now being continued by the children of those people. Those children have grown up and have had kids. Oh God, the children. Will anyone think of the children. Kids have too much now and have grown to expect it.

It is going to take a drastic change in people for this belief of entitlement to be removed, not to mention the belief that we have to be Politically Correct and Sensitive.

But hey, that's just this old Jarhead's 2 cents.

I couldn't agree with you more jarhead. I think it's going to take some drastic changes to bring a lot of Americans back to reality. I really, really, really hope i'm wrong but i fear our great countries current situation is going to get bad enough to make these drastic changes and i fear it is not going to be pleasant.

How weird you guys bring that up.Just today at work we were talking about the same s**t about our next generation. Boy our we in trouble. I have never seen such a bunch of lazy ass kids.S**t when I was a kid if you wanted something you tried anything to make money to get it mow yards, pick berries, collect cans and bottles what ever to make a buck. These days if a kid does get a job they want to be vice president in a week then own the company the next. I could go on and on but we all know.
