Hi Folks,

Well I finally gave in and decided to trade in my 08 Vstar 250 for a brand new 09 V Star 650 Silverado.

I had modified the little 250 for highway use by changing the sprockets, the only problem with the bike was that my wife could not fit on such a small seat, and after the modification I couldn't tow her anyway.

I got 2,800 for my 250 that had 4.9K miles on it as a trade in for the bigger touring 650.

I have no complaints so far, I already have 100 miles on the odometer and I just picked it up yesterday.

Does anyone else in here own the 09-V Star Silverado in full dress?
