Here's what Kelly BlueBook say about it. You can make a decision based on these facts. Sounds like the price is in the ball park but I'd try to negotiate him down some. As far as issues are concerned someone who owns one will propably chime in and give you some info on it.

thanks for the info, I saw that already but just curious to see what they're actually selling for. With the accessories on it & condition I can't argue woth the price much unless I see them going cheaper...
