that guy made/acquired a life size cardboard cutout of the kid. he carried that thing around and then to the shooting range. he then concentrated looking at it while he fired a lot of shots into it. so he's devoted quite a bit of time and energy to looking at this kid to try to convince others that he hates him so much. closet bieber fever

Actually it was acquired from my step daughter and she was over the "BIEBER FEVER" , throwing it in the trash would have just been boring. Also , if you had a 13 year old girl with "BIEBER FEVER" you would understand the hatred.
