Looking for information on the removal of the passenger seat. I didn't look real close but I can see the bolts holding it on are under the seat. What's the best way to get at this without damaging the paint? or something else.

if it's anything like the Vstars, then you can just use one of the wrenches supplied with your tool kit, get on your back, and loosen up the nuts from the underside of the fender. once all the nuts have been taken off, the set should just slide off from the front bracket that sits behind the rider's seat.
