Hey guys I was wondering if there are any pros or cons to upgrading to a 200 rear on my 03 V star 650 classic currently I have a dunlop front which I intend to upgrade at the same time as the rear to the metzler 880 marathon which is whats on the back currently however the current rear is 170 so what would I gain or loose by going from the 170 to the 200 size rear?

Also any of you out there in 4m land who have a 200 on your v star either custom or classic please post a pic for me!

I have no experience, but here is a post on the topic. I guess one limiting factor is the drive shaft. This guy talks about the rim. I believe looks is all you gain. I do like a wide tire.
