I will hopefully be needing one of these come the end of febuary if anyone is willing to part with it.It can be scratched up ect as long as it can be ceramic-ed or powder-coated well.

From the experience I have with powder coating leads me to believe it is not a good choice for an exhaust. I don't belive it, being a polyester type of paint, can withstand high temperatures.

there is a high temp version of powdercoating for exhausts,or so i have read.
