The back rest on your drivers seat, is that used with the stock seat?
Could you tell me where you purchased it?

    Thanks

Hi Taboo365. I am new here and came across your profile for the post you did for the engine guard that you installed on your Vstar 950. I purchased the same guard which I would like to install myself as well yet find the instructions that came with it lacking. I get where it attaches to the footrest area but where it attaches at the top of the frame makes no sense (no pic on the instructions and no real notes other than to attach to the frame). I tried to see if I could figure out by looking at the pics you posted (7-10-2010) but didn't see that attached side. Would you mind sharing how/where you attached to the frame with me please.

    Thank you!

    taboo365,
I ride a 2009 650 V-Star Silverado Classic. I found my visors at Cruiser Customizing. I put visors on my headlight, passing lights and front turn signals but could not find any for the rear turn signals. They all have the Star logo on them. If you get them I think you will like them. If you find a part number for the rear turn signal visors let me know. Maybe the front will also fit the rear?

Thanks taboo for the info...i saw their website...but there is another site giving installation instructions (nopork) and on that one there is something about precision drilling of a hole, which is not mentioned on the clevver site...i want to buy the lever, but I cannot / will not drill a precision hole (I'm not a wrencher!) da woof -----Original Message-----

    Hey taboo,
What part of Buffalo are ya in? I was born and raised in Amherst (Eggertsville). All my family either died or moved except for one cousin who owns a snowmobile dealership. Too cold for me.
