Mine was bought off ebay for $99.00 with free shipping.
No drilling or anything to the bike. I did have to take some tin snips and cut the corners of my license plate down to fit inside the frame. I then rounded the plate on a oxygen tank to make fitting the contour easier. At that point you sandwich your plate between the frame pieces that come in the kit.
Reach up under your fender and take the old plate bracket off. There are three threaded studs on the back of the plate bracket that fit through the three holes in your fender. Reach up and install the lock washers and nuts...done.
Review of the kit: The frame is heavy made, it looks great and the chrome has a nice mirror polish.
