Adding a bigger front wheel

Hey guys does anyone know the amount of work/parts you could expect to do the large front wheel mod seen on this warrior

To a stratoliner? I am thinking a new triple tree and reforging the front fender or not having one.

looks like new triple tree, possible ignition, axle, and turn signals. your fender would definitely not fit. if you're considering this, don't. it doesn't look that cool, will be expensive, and screw up your handling.
