Earplugs
Allowed, however a person wearing personal hearing protectors in the form on earplugs or molds that are specifically designed to attenuate injurious noise levels must be able the hear a siren or horn from an emergency vehicle or a horn from another motor vehicle.
This was in the California one and I find it laughable.... do deaf people need to be able to hear Sirens? The entire reason Emergency Vehicles have flashing lights is because you do not need to hear a siren to know an emergency vehicle is coming.....

Anyway..... cool link,. thanks!
