As short as the provided video is, it's hard to know what happened prior to what you see.
I'm going to assume the bikers were trying to protect the rest of the group from the Jeep. If it was a police escorted parade, the Jeep was blatantly in the wrong. Because the motor officer quickly responded leads me to think it was an approved parade. If not, the Jeep should have at least recognized a group ride and yielded to the bikers and backed off and not try to drive around or thru them.
Had I personally witnessed the Jeeps actions in my county, I'd have stopped the Jeep, arrested the driver for reckless driving, improper lane usage, and reckless endangerment. The Jeep would have been towed, and the driver's insurance would have doubled upon conviction of the traffic charges. Unfortunately I see blatant disregard for other people/driver's daily, which is why we have the second highest fatality rate in the state.
