Jet comparisons by the numbers ?

From what I've seen and heard over the years is that jet
sizes from manufacturers differ in that the same number jet
from several different vendors may in fact be larger or smaller.

This is very confusing.

So I wanted to know if a cross reference exist for jet mfg's
And how do you know what brand of jet you have ?

The Mikuni jets I have are 120 and have no markings other than
the jet size.

I have other jets that have FTC on them as well as the jet size.

Any help you can provide might help to make some sense from all this.

FAQ Mikuni vs keihin vs dynojet

If I'm unsure what they are...they go immediately in the garbage can ...and I use jets that I'm 100% positive of size and manufacturer. For that reason, I generally replace everything I run into with Mikuni....because I can find them locally at my Harley dealer and from Tim at Metric Magic.
