Whatta Day!

Finally!!! It's been a long winter and a spring slow in springing here.

But today was about as good as it gets for riding. 75 degrees, clear sunny skies, slight breeze. Just perfect. And for once, was able to take advantage!

Got in about 150 miles on lovely twisty mountain roads through nearby Michaux state forest. Don't think I've ever seen so many others out! I found myself amidst other riders near-constantly - it was like a group ride without the hassle of organizing one. On the other side of the road... my left arm is tired from 'the wave' so much!

Hope many / all of you had as nice a day and could take advantage.

We took a short jaunt ourselves this afternoon. Our weather was just like you've described cj. Lots of other riders out as well. We took advantage of the clear skies as its supposed to rain wed-thurs, oh well. At least we had today.

So many riders out today! Yay! Tomorrow looks good too, and I don't go in to work until afternoon. I'm gonna wash my new used bike to finally get all the wheel gunk off!

Keep moving, learning, loving, and living.
