Tank Emblems

Trying to find tank emblems for my 96 RSTC and a choke cable. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

1996 Royal Star Tour Classic.....and lovin it....

I would suggest Ebay for used parts. See ( michiganmotorcyclesalvage ) or ( pinwall_cycle_parts ).

I have the emblems, but they aren't perfect. One has some of the chrome pealing off in a couple of spots.
I was thinking I had a cable, but I don't. I know they are almost impossible to find used, since most people sell them with the carbs, not separately. A new one is out of the question, since the dealer price is $65.00 to $95.00 for the darned thing. You can do what I have done in the past... buy a longer one from another bike and cut it off to the correct length, then have a bike shop solder a new end (knarp) on it, or put one on yourself.

How much do yo want for the emblems?......yea I know they want to rape on parts for these things......it's ridiculous........if wanted to pay high dollar for parts like that i would have bought a Harley...lol.
