Question On board tool kit.

Ok so here's the deal... I purchasaed my '05' RSTD last week, after 6 day of riding I had to replace the fuel filter after chugging my way home (see cleaner things come out of bulldozers) anyway, it got me thinking. There's not emergency tool kit on board so I need to put one together.

I posted it elsewhere on the site and got some good advise... Ask the folks who ride "your" type of bike.

So here's the question, besides an assortment of wrenched, allen keys, plyers/Multi tool, screwdrivers, Extra fuses & light bulb, zipties & tape... Are there any bike specific sockets or specialty tools that should be on board.

Minimalistic ...I don't want to feel like I'm dragging around a "Snap-on" box, but want to be prepared.

Any advise is greatly appreicated and thank you in advance.

I know this is an old thread, but my RSTD has a tool kit. It is strapped in the bottom on the hard bag under the floor cover.
