Tru Duals Install questions

Alright...going with the Freedom Tru Duals on my 2010 Strat Deluxe. For those that run these...a few questions.

Do I need a fuel controller? If so...which is recommended?
Do I need a big air kit? If so...which is recommended?
Or...am I ok with just the exhaust and nothing more?

Exhaust and nothing more is acceptable.

Then if you want add the BAK + fuel controller.

Talking generally here.

It will depend on the BAK. The more open, the more difference you will notice. You *shouldn't* be required to install a fuel controller, but it will have a lot of popping and will lack power that you could get if you installed it.

But you should not install the BAK till you install an exhaust that can handle it.

I have no idea what one for your bike. I doubt it really matters too much. It will mostly be a question of what look you want (raw air filter, shape, protection from water injestion, ...). Fuel controller mostly comes down to how much you you want to spend vs how much control over the adjustments you want to have.

Do this instead of fuel controller. WAY better than any fuel controler. You can do this without mods, with exhaust, or exhaust and bak. Never need to re programm if you add anything.
