Lowering liner

I lowered my strat 1 3/4", but just changed saddle to ultimate low rider; it raised me up just a bit. I added v&h exhaust but they seam to be about stock in size.how much lower can i go without getting into trouble. Thanks bob z

Boards

Bob,

I think the boards will be the first thing to drag. Maybe find an empty parking lot and put it through some tight turns. See if you think you are getting to low. There is a video on U Tube the guy almost wrecks on the Tail of the Dragon because his engine guards hit. He nearly went into the other lane with traffic there.
