Custom 'Liner Speedo faceplates

Well, the faceplate on the 'liner is an item that I would like to customize should I get a Strat.

I've searched, and before today, I've seen no indication that anyone has an offering for that or that anyone has actually done it.

I reckon I shouldn't post a link to another MC forum here, but there is a guy with a 'deluxe' that has just very recently gotten 'Webslinger' to trace/digitize his faceplate. With that tracing now in Webslingers archive/database, he can produce pretty much any kind of graphic you may want on a custom lexan 'Liner faceplate.

If you've ever been to Webslingers site, and have seen the different examples of what can be done, you'll realize the possibilities are pretty much endless.

I've attached pic of "Roadraiders" plate. Cost is reported to be approx $55.

Good grief! I nearly got vertigo just looking at that background design. I can't imagine what it must be like at night!

I guess it would be really sexy as a cosmetic feature, but I'd probably miss a curve while trying to see what the gauges are indicating.

I sometimes wonder if a 'darker' faceplate could somehow lessen the reported 'speedo glare in the windshield' issue that some riders have encountered,,,

Wild to mild, I don't know of any limitations on the designs,,, Some designs on the site even appear to originate from photographs.

Webslinger did my speedo face for my 1300.

just love it.

I'm sure he would do one up for a Strat if you contacted him.

when people come up to look at my bike, they all do a double take when they see my speedo
