Rear Turn Signal Lights

I have been told it's hard to see my rear turn signal lights on my 2006 Roadliner on a sunny day. Anyone else notice this and what are some possible solutions?
I saw these: LED Turn Signals
for $65, but you also need a metric signal stabilizer which adds another $60.

PM DonDar. He has some sort of magic aftermarket hookup on his bike that may work on a Liner. Sort of a modulated brake/turn thingy.

I can't vouch for the visibility issue on a sunny day because I can't ever remember riding on a sunny day...
