Invert axle on Roadliner

Looking at this nut, the instructions say the axle will have to be inverted: https://shar.es/18ttit

Do the left and right belt pullers have to be swapped too (marked with red arrow in my pic)? How much weight should be on rear tire when pulling axle?

Seems pretty easy because my exhaust is completely out of the way and I have full access to axle.

I would think that if part#11 and #10 have the same number? I'd just leave them, If there is some difference you would have two, Well that's what I think

Does one nut turn backwards on the axle? Maybe thats why you flip it so the weight of the part does not vibrate the nut loose. Shrug

maybe the reason the bolt gets inverted is so the plate is mounted on the left side, is there maybe something in the way on right side that the plate can't go on that side? it looks like the draw bolts for tensioning the belt can stay were they are because they both push on the axel
