Liner vs Raider

G'Mornin:

I currently ride an 1100 and am considering a larger bike.
I've dilligently studied the vast array of bikes that's out there on the market, and have narrowed it down to two bikes; The Liner and the Raider. I'm asking you who are more knowledgeable and experienced with these big bikes, what are the advantages and disadvantages of each as opposed to the other?

Thanks in advance for your thoughtful reply.

I just bought a liner a few months ago. Getting acquainted with it now and so far I love it. If you like to do long rides and touring or 2 up at all the liner would be right up your alley. If your more of a bar hopper/boulevard cruiser and ride solo most of the time I would say the raider might be the way to go. I've heard the comfort level of the raider is not bad but IMHO I don't think bags or windshield would look good on it so touring would not be ideal for it. Just my 2 cents.

Hey Red,

I replied in more depth on the Liner forum, but thanks for your input. You confirmed my thoughts.

Thanks again.
