Question Vacuum hose replacement?

Quick question regarding our '08 1100 Custom: I'm using a vacuum hose that goes from the right side of carb to a Pro-R Hypercharger. It's pretty much dry rotted and needs replacement. Is there a comparable automotive hose that I can use?

Thanks

Take a piece to your local parts store and match the size. Auto vac line will work just fine.

Awesome! Thanks NGM!

Will there be any issues if the line is a bit longer/shorter? I'm guessing the vacuum will still be there as long as there aren't any kinks in the line.

Thanks again, much appreciated!

the only thing that is important is that the I.D. is the right size......it's just vacuum to move the flaps.

What he said, if its too long cut it down so it looks good and fits right. Remember measure twice cut once :-) Don't be like that guy who cut it 3 times and it was still to short.

Kuryakyn Pro-R Hypercharger
Vacuum hose: 12" length, 5/32" I.D.

Found the hose at O'Reilly Auto Parts - 6' section for a few bucks.
