Slop in gearbox

On my08 raider, when the bike is on the jack and in gear, there is a 3/4" to 1" amount of slop on the wheel. Is this normal? Or bad?

Gear and belt play

Eray,

I think that is normal. I have not had my Liner on the jack for a while but seems like that is normal.

I just had mine up, moved the wheel and thought that was a lot of slop.I started looking for something loose couldn't find anything so I guess that's normal?

I think y'all are right, the outside of the wheel multiplies the slack in the gear box making it seem like a lot. I just now noticed this. Thanks.
