redcat, I tried to respond to the article yesterday but it did not do its thing for some unknown reason so I'll try again. The article was very interesting. I never realized motorcycles were so important in wartime. Glad people like yourself bring attention to historical insights. My brother, a Vietnam soldier, would have been mighty thrilled to read such history. It is interesting the same manufacturers today strive to compete with their technology! Also the fact Indian has gained lots of interests from the motorcycle population with its newest addition this year. Thanks for sharing the article with the forum. Often think of you as I drive Rt 8, 44 in that area....Ride safe and enjoy~YammyV

I get out to 8 and 44 on occasion. I assume you've checked out Route 7 and MA-57 (SW Mass.). Beautiful rides!
