world's greatest inventions?

since we're all in agreement that the V Star 950 is THE world's greatest invention, what are some others that would be on the list? here are some of my nominations:

multi-tool; the leatherman is great, but the gerber tool beats it in my opinion

TV remote

Mio; it actually makes water tasty. and costs about 10 cents a serving

stuffed crust pizza

DVR

duct tape

on a steel horse I ride
i create motorcycle videos. check them out here

I can't agree with Mio, but the rest are pretty good.

Microwave oven
transistors (harnessing the power of spooky energy)
McGriddle sausage egg and cheese
Pizzaz

I think I might have a food fixation.

Memphis Shades Fork Deflectors
Bridgestone Exedra Max Belted Tires

The victornox/ swiss army brand multi tool blows away the competition. After breaking 2 gerbers and a leatherman in the Army I found a victornox brand. Much better steal and superior edge, better locking mechanism and a lifetime warranty.

The world's greatest invention must be sliced bread; that seems to be the standard that all other inventions are compared to.
