4 days with out electric in one hell of a ice storm.
More than 2 inches of freezing rain.

Power came back up Thursday morning and unbelievably Cox cable was up too. I have a generator backup for
my Aquariums (3 150gal). Chain saws,generators, and battier packs for phones are in high demand.
And as you might know swindlers form allover are here too.

Went through that here back in 98. My son was less than 2 weeks old and we were w/o power for about a week. Fun fun.
That ice gets heavy and can do some major damage. I don't think there was a chainsaw or generator on a shelf anywhere within a couple hundred miles.
Just think...it only the beginning of Dec.!

Sounds like VA weather. Was wearing short sleeves Wednesday cause it was in the upper 60s. It's 29 outside right now! WTH
