I haven't been to Bike Week for a couple of decades either...but, as I'm sure you'll agree, once you've seen/experienced it ONCE......you'll never forget it. It's like being on a different PLANET.
A little like Vegas in its non-stop execution of its mandate: BIKES, BIKES and MORE BIKES!!
The beauty of it is that there's something (LOT'S of things, actually) for everybody.
If you like custom bikes.....check.
Enjoy the bar scene..........check.
Wanna talk bikes with folks from parts of the country (and WORLD) you never visited....check.
Wanna get an amazing tattoo...check
Enjoy fabulous bike racing of all kinds: Motocross, Speedway, Road Course, Swamp Enduro......IT'S ALL THERE.
Looking for a warm, Spring break, especially if you're a Northerner.....SUNBURN!
I've been there three times.....so my "bucket list beast" has been fed. BUT, I'd still like to head down one more time.
