WTB: Left turn signal cover

Well, I was warming the bike up this morning and forgot that I had put it on a brick to check the oil. Went inside to grab my phone and hurd a thump! Went out to find my neighbor running over and looked out to see my bike on the ground.

Long story short, I busted my windshield and busted the amber cover for the left turn signal. the windshield I can live without, but I don't want to get caught with the turn signal missing. Help!

Is this a re-run?

At least in this version of the story you edited out the "went for a ride with my Harley friends" part.

No, here I wanted to put it out there in case folks do read the other threads but were looking to get rid of some stuff...And they weren't all Harley guys...in fact one has an 1100 V-Star classic and I've directed him to the forum.

Just joking Jarhead, in fact, when I get home I'll look around in my collection of "stuff" to see what may be worth sending to you.

I know Wart, I'm just trying to get over the trauma! I just told Springer that I went out and looked at the bike again only to find out the entire housing for the left turn signal is broke...not just the lens. The only thing that could have been worse was it hit my new car instead of my wife's busted up car!

oh Crap. No way will I find the entire socket housing.

I know I have a lens someplace and we'd be lucky if THAT fit.

I ended up with an extra lens because I had to replace the bulb socket in time for the annual inspection. Turned out you can buy just the lens by itself but to buy the socket, I had to buy the entire freekin turn signal assembly. Re-God-Damn-Diculous!

Okay, I just got wind of you also discovered a stray bolt at the "crash site"???
