'12 Roadstar silverado S, no side or auxiliary flood lights?

All else working but these whether on lo or hi beam. fuses good, checked for intermittent connections within the headlight shell, fuses.
How do I access the service manual to trace down the issue?

Make sure all ground wires are seated tightly. Just one could make them not work correctly.
Also, are the bulbs good?
