HeadLight Shorting out

I'm here to tell you guys with the OEM Passing lights if you find your bike Popping Head Light fuse once running. The problem is going to being the Left light assembly. I found that the setup on Magic is improper, meaning that I'm not allowed to run the Hi Beams and the running\passing lights. I previous owner when he wired the bike used a 25 amp fuse:

The wiring mess in the Left light housing is to blame but having the wrong fuse caused the current need for a replacement fuse box.
