Question purchasing advice

I am looking at buying a newzed bike today 2008 roadstar silver silverorado fully loaded extra drive lights crash bar or engine protector hard bags passanger back rest windshield it hase 3100 miles for 7500.00, I was also looking at the 09 vstart 1300t the vstart has no miles at 9000.00 I am trading in my 06 100 vstat with bags and back rest for passanger with 5k miles. Yes like the rest of the world I am on a buget for the 1700 iam about 3400 differance I will try to make the deal for 3k cash that away I dont need full coverage insurance the 1300 I would 5k dif push 4500 dif.
What do you think?

I just posted mine yesterday for sale. here is what it looks like.
Maybe that will help you with barganing on the one you are looking at. Mine is an 03 silverado. It has a few extras also.

As to the insurance If I had a late model bike I would want he full or near full coverage. The liability is the most costly part in a car I assume on a bike too.
