Fatboy front wheel

Hey fellas, I really love the look of the Harley Fatboy solid front wheel. I was wondering if it would fit my 2008 roadstar 1700?

Yes, you can do it. This is a really long thread but I think you'll get all the info you need.

Consider the fact that the wind will not pass through a solid wheel. That means every breeze will push you harder then any now.

Yup.Tractor trailers & side wind gusts will push the bike around.
Another case where the mod makes the bike not work as well as stock.
Also, the wheel weighs more so you would need a better spring & valving to control the heavier wheel.

Let's ride some more !

WHat wheels do you have on there Roaddawg. Dont think you have posted a pick of you bike yet (Hint, Hint). I have the alloy's and am going to paint them black once I finish up the rest of the bike. If you have wire wheels and dont like them maybe we could trade.

How are the bags workin out for you?

Sorry, been off the forum a while. I have the stock wheels on it, and probably will leave it that way. Those bags are working like a champ! Thanks!
