Spinning highway light

I've noticed my right highway headlamp spins in the housing. I have corrected it once but it keeps spinning (or rotating might be more accurate), I might take a picture later. Has anyone else ever run in to this? Any thoughts to a solution?

I don't have the OEM lights but I've heard other people say that you can use some clear silicone to stop that. You definitely want to stop that before it pulls a wire loose in there.
