I found a unit that will work , but I'll need to fabricate a mount that will go on the floor board. My brother in R&D at work will fabricate one for me. I'm going with the foot clutch. The shift and clutch handle unit will not be cool if I have to lock up my ride to avoid a hit. One hand on the bars...., nope not going to happen. When I'm done , I'll detailed instructions for anyone who needs them.

Don't blame you for going with something besides the shifter/clutch combo. I have never thought much of those. For both aesthetics, drivability and safety like you mentioned.

2006 V-Star 1100 Classic
Completely debadged
Silverado windshield and passing lamps
Floorboard extensions
OE Highway bar with custom mounting brackets
Kuryakyn Dually ISO Highways pegs
Kuryakyn grips
Passenger floorboards
Barons Nasty Boy Slip-ons
Maxair pods
Mustang seats
Kuryakyn led headlight halo
