NEED advice on performance

ok, wife has talked me into it. I have an 09 R/S S Black. going to install 3 items and want some input. I have 1500 to play with and I will install.

- Complete exhaust, thinking 2 into 1 I want deep and somewhat loud.

- Tuner, thinking the Cobra FI2000. anything better and what have you heard.

- Air intake, what brands work well?

What added performance will I get????

You can do a stage 1 drill on the stock exhaust, gives a throatier sound.

However with $1500, you could ignore all that. I would get a flat tappet cam kit with adjustable pushrods, stiffer valve springs, AIS kit, and ported intake manifold. You will see REAL gains with these, as well as smoother performance and better sound.

You can take your stock exhaust and do a stage 1 drill out. 4 pilot holes and then drill over to 1/2 inch, and you will get a much throatier sound.

Parts can be bought here:
