Angry Missing baffle

I took off my exhaust, while digging in to grease my swingarm. I found number 2 exhaust pipe has no baffle whereas number 1 pipe has a baffle. The pipes are after market looking to be vance and hines. My question will cylinder 2 run to lean? The carb's appears to have been into, so I'm assuming they been re-jetted.

I would think you would have a difficult time making the two cylinders run properly without both being set up the same. So I would either take the one baffle out or get another one for the missing one. Take a reading on the plugs and jet from that. Good luck.
