Carb jetting for cams

My 06 V star 1100 will be getting come PCS cams in the next couple weeks. Triple X2 cams, I currently have PODs and baron slip on pipes with a Dynatek 3000. Right now the bike is running 150 mains and 20 pilots, Dynojet needles on the second notch (from the needle tip), PMS at 2.5 turns with the PODS, slip ons, and Dynatek and it runs fantastic. I live at about 700 feet above sea level. I plan on keeping the 20 pilots in and i have 160 and 162.5 main jets ready for it. According to the wiki knowledge site I should be starting with the 162.5 mains (assuming the Triple X2 cams are similar to the S&S cycle 429 cams), leaving the 20 pilots in, and 3-3.5 on the PMS. Is anybody running these cams? If so what jets did you find worked best?
