Riser suggestions

Bought a 2001 1100 custom last October and the bike came with t bars on it. Im looking to switch to a set of 12 inch apes and will have to put a set of risers on to do so. Any brand suggestions? Should I try and grab a factory set? Or it really not matter?

I am interested on how your 12" apes project goes. I have an o1 1100 also. Have thought about that for years. I have a friend with a harley heritage classic with 12" that i rode and they were surprisingly nice to ride.

From what I've read so far you'll be fine just doing bars and a brake hose with some cable rerouting because you have a classic, but my cables on my custom are shorter then yours I believe.
