V-Star 1100 classic. New handle bars and cables

Hey everyone,

I've been searching the internet endlessly trying to find a site that had info on how to change out the cables on my V-star 1100 classic. I recently bought some 14'' Apes and I really want to throw them on, but I have no idea how to change out the clutch cable and brake line. Should I just bring it to my Yamaha dealer and have them install it for me? I'd rather not have to pay to get these installed if it really is easy to do. Any help would be awesome!

Thanks!
Mike S.

Thanks for the help guys. I checked both sites, still nothing about changing the cables themselves. I've already purchased my cables, so I just need to figure out how to install them. I'll probably just end up having my dealer install them... Oh well
