V-Star 1100 Classic or Silverado?

I just bought a 2006 V-Star 1100. I was told it's a Silverado, but what is the difference between a Classic and Sliverado?

A silverado is a classic with a touring package, bags, windshield and some extra bling.
Sorry my bad, I corrected.

Correction to GM, a Silverado is a Classic with the extras, not a Custom.

So it's got the windshield, the highway lights, the studded seats, and at one time had saddle bags, but they are gone now. Is there any other way to tell, like a serial number or something? Or does it make a difference?

The silverado is a classic with a "silverado windshield, studded seats, and studded saddle bags. The highway lights are not part of the silverado package.

Yamaha's site

You can look at the pictures of the differant models at Star motorcycles dot com.

The model number is on the frame behind the light.
