Lightbulb Q: Midnight Star 1900 Strato colour

Hello,

Just bought Midnight Star 1900 Strato edition and it's pearly white with golden stripes. The back cases are covered with black leather and I'd like to remove the leather and paint it same color as rest of bike. And now the problem is: what is exact colour of those bikes? Where can I get to know it? Local Yamaha dealer can't provide much help...
I had previously red Midnight 1300. Here are some pics how I did on this one. You have to admit, it's much better

Many thanks,
Mati

Your dealer can't help? Or they just don't want to. The color code is part of your vin. Is this the stock paint?

Stock paint indeed. They say the colour is just what it comes and no special definition made to it...

Welcome to the site.
Do you have auto body supply stores there? They can usually match paint colors. An autobody shop could also help.
Hope this helps.
