Backfire from engine

When I drive on the 5th Gear, when I close the throttle ( i use the brake effect of engine) there is a load shot.
This only happens on the 5th gear.
What should I do??

As Fulltilt says before any advice can be given we need to know what mods have been done to the engine/bike. Most likely it is something simple.
