Where can I get a new backrest pad?

I have the stock (I think) passenger backrest pad and it has a tear in it. I would like to replace it but have only seen pads with three holes instead of four holes like mine. What up???
ps. I notice the sweet custom in the thread about factory flames has the same backrest as mine.

I just had a new passenger's backrest made at a local upholsterey shop. The one one I had was torn and I also wanted one to match the material on my new Mustang seat. Mustang sells them for about 90 -100 bucks, but I this one cost me only $35 and that was everything - all I did was make a template of the size I wanted and location of the bolt holes. He did a great job. Check locally, maybe you'll get as lucky as I did.
