new exhaust w/o rejetting 1100 silverado

Getting ready to put on V&H Classic 2 slash cut slip on exhaust. Before I order a rejet kit, has anyone put on THIS exhaust and not had to rejet?

I just ordered the same set for my 09 1100. I contacted Steve Darrow from V&H and he recommends rejetting. With that said, several members here have said they didn't rejet and haven't had any problems. I think I'll run it a few times without rejetting and see how it goes. I might open the intake up anyways and will definitely have to rejet it then.
Good luck

I have the same slip ons. I ran for a few years and all was fine. I wanted a little more sound, so i took the baffles out and took the packing off and put the baffles back in. It started popping and backfiring on decel so I had it rejetted. I believe they went up 2 sizes on the main, but your altitude will dictate that. It really rips after the packing removal and rejet. I haven't done anything with the intake, as it pulls good enough for me with 2 up riding in the hills.
